I wanted to take the time to thank Kevin, Ben, and the great professionals at BCI. You CANNOT beat or match the results they provide by insulating your home the RIGHT way. BCI insulated my home when we built it in 2003-04. Everyone knows about the sustained record heat we have been dealing with in the South day after day this Summer. Over the past week or two, I have been hearing friends and colleagues talk about how high their power bills were in July. Most with homes similar in size to mine (~ 3,000 sq. ft.) had power bills of $350-450+ for the month of July. We have two units (one upstairs and one downstairs) and keep both A/C’s on 74 at all times. I am happy to report that our bill for July was $274.90. June was $208.86. I believe that I am saving at least $500-750 annually vs. other homes that were not insulated by the professionals at BCI. These guys are good and know their business. Why would anyone not want them to insulate their home?
Sincerely,
Robert Clarke

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about how very pleased my wife and I are with the great installation and the quality of the products we received from Speir Heating and Air, and BCI Insulation.
For the last 12 years my wife and I had lived in a 1989 single wide Redman mobile home. We finally “bit the bullet” after 5 years of planning, and with lots of help from many people, built our dream home. We designed our own plan and decided after staying in a couple of log homes while on vacations that logs were what we wanted to build with.
From the beginning of the planning stages, Rick with Speir Heating and Air, was instrumental in helping me with decisions about layout of duct work, and ideas as to how to make my HVAC system work with the plans we had drafted. I think one of the
first questions he asked me was what type of insulation I planned on using; he was very pleased when I told him I planned on using the spray foam that BCI installs. We discussed square footage and S..E.E.R. options and prices; we discussed how energy prices are not going to come down and how the initial investment in a high efficiency unit could save us money in
the long run. Let me say, I HAD NO IDEA, how much money we were going to save.
After 11 months of hard work and headaches, our dream home is a reality. We moved in December of 2008 just before Christmas. I must admit I was skeptical of a total electric system for heat and air conditioning, after 12 years of using gas heat, but after my first light bill, I remember how I discussed with my wife how there must be some kind of mistake with the bill. That was until we got the next months bill and then the next, we couldn’t believe how the electric bill for a 3000 square foot home could be that much cheaper that a 14’ x 70’ mobile home.
Our electric bill for the month of May was $77.00 and for the month of June with most every day with a high in the mid to upper nineties was $86.00. We keep the thermostat set on 76 on weekdays and 72 at night and on the weekends.
With all of that said I would like to thank Speir and BCI for their help and expertise in their respective fields, and for giving me the insight of making a wise initial investment in a quality unit, and more efficient insulation.

"CELLULOSE IS THE WAY TO GO"...
These guys really know how to do it right! I had two separate jobs done at my home in Roswell, GA:
Job #1) blown cellulose insulation in the attic. We bought a 20-year old house, the original owners had about 4 inches of insulation in the attic -- BCI came in and re-insulated the entire attic -- within a couple of hours there was about 10-16 inches of tightly blown insulation all over the attic, there was little cleanup needed as the crew was very careful and efficient, their entire procedure looked like a well-rehearsed performance, and the foreman was there to answer any questions I had. We've since maintained a more consistent temperature in the house and had lower energy bills every month since the installation (and I have the bills to prove it).
Job #2) insulation in walls and ceiling for a basement remodel. We installed a home theater in our basement and remodeled the entire unfinished area. BCI again used blown cellulose insulation int he ceiling cavity (the 10 inches or so between the floor joists), and the same stuff in the walls (exterior walls AND interior walls). It is just AMAZING how cleanly this stuff is installed. The end result was a well insulated and SOUNDPROOF basement, where I can turn my equipment up as loud as I want and not disturb anyone on the upper floors AND enjoy the space in energy efficient comfort. I highly recommend these guys.

Enclosed is a check for $xxxxx for the insulation job on my house. Kevin's team did a great job considering the heat and construction oddities of the house. We noticed an immediate improvement in the air conditioner maintaining an even temperature, with less frequent on/off cycles and a reduction in outside noise intrusion. Thanks for a job well done.

"THANK YOU"...
"I would like to take this time to thank-you again for your tireless work you performed that made a positive difference in the life of Kenny Goodall and his family.
I am so proud of all of you! You gave at one of our industry's worst times and this shows you put others in need ahead of yourself. For this action on your part I thank you and admire you and your company for giving.
Kenny would have done the same for one of us if we were in his chair.
