BCI Insulation has three phases of our "Focus on Savings Service".  Whether it is for your Re-Insulation System on an existing home or business, or  you are in the design and construction stage of your energy efficient project, our professionals have the solutions you need. 

STEP 1: THE THERMAL ANALYSIS

A knowledgeable representative from BCI Insulation will visit your home or site and perform an inspection for potential thermal inadequacies.  On existing homes, this includes an inspection of your attic space, crawl space, and if necessary, thermal imaging of the exterior walls.  If we are involved early in the design of your construction project, we can offer ways to reduce costs associated with our services such as reducing the size of HVAC units.  A good place to develop a foundation for understanding the types of solutions that will be presented would be our Published Article page.  After discussing all of the best options for your situation we will provide you with a written estimate.

 

STEP 2: THE ESTIMATE

Each representative that visits your home or project will have the authority to provide you with a contracted price for the proposed work.  In most cases, they will have the ability to separate out various aspects such as walls and ceilings, and will certainly provide multiple solutions that equate to various price levels in order to insure that you will find a benefit no matter what your budget.  After deciding how to proceed by maximizing the energy efficiency and minimizing cost, we will schedule the work at a time that is convenient for you.

 

STEP 3: PERFORMING THE WORK

When the work is to be done our skilled install crews will arrive punctually at the time agreed upon in professional company attire.  They will be accompanied by the original representative with whom you met previously or a crew manager who has been extensively briefed on the details of your job.  They will complete the contracted scope of work with minimal intrusion and as quickly as possible.  Your home or project will be left clean and in order.  A final inspection of the work will be performed with you, and any questions will be answered before we leave.  We will complete our services with a follow up phone call from the managing partner to obtain feedback as to your satisfaction with our crew's work and your home's performance.
